Love how this session turned out! Loved the locations we used, meshed so well not only with Jerrid’s style and personality, but his wardrobe and his hobbies! So fun getting to know him and his mom. And funny story about the black brick wall, which these images will likely go down as some of my fave senior photos EVER. We were shooting against a different spot and the owner of the car shop that has the black wall came over to us and kindly suggested we use his wall…he seemed kind of sad he hadn’t seen anyone use it yet, ha! He thought it would look well with what we had going on with Jerrid…his outfit, the board, etc., ha. (and I call myself the professional??) And to go back even farther, a month or so prior to this shoot I was using their wall, which was then a distressed white brick wall, with a little girl wearing a pink, frilly, puffy, sparkly dress…when the owners came out to tell me how cool it was going to be with nuts and bolts and such….I was like, mmm-hmmmm……thinking to myself, great, there goes a wall I use often! But it was all meant to be :) Best wishes on an amazing senior year and beyond, Jerrid!
